Complain directly to Ebay is probably your best bet, they can stop auctions, and they’ve done it many times before

Very nice, i much prefer the single seaters! Although obviously they can make a lot of money giving trips in the twin seater

Hopefully might be going to legends this year, will only be the second airshow i’ve ever been to! (First one ended with a fatal plane crash, not too good) Can anyone anyone suggest good ‘spots’ to watch the show from?

Where abouts is White Waltham? I love Miles aircraft, especially Maggies, im on the Leicestershire/Warwickshire border so hopefully isn’t that far away

Cheers guys, robbo thats exactly the same centre section i saw, couldn’t think of any other aircraft with undercarriage legs that opened like that except for the Hurricane, can’t wait to see those fireflys, are they going to be in FAA colours? Btw yes it was the Lizzie in building 66, the IWM Bolingbroke seems to be coming along very well also

MTB’s are very cool! However the MTB i saw today had no engines in it at all, or propellers for that matter!

Heres a link, apparently it was found in Newfoundland! http://www.geo-met.com/tommysmith/ Doesn’t look like the Aeronca C.3 to me judging by pics i’ve seen but maybe the pic on the website is wrong.

Yep, definitely a PT boat engine, don’t know where they got the data plate from though, as it says aircraft carburretor. Then again, on the second link AndyG posted it says it was developed from the 1925 Liberty aircraft engine, so maybe its the original engine?

Covers is a shop, yeah? Wow you could get them in so much trouble for having ammunition in there, even if its just the casing, just think of all the compensation :-p
