The accident happend during the taxi after the landing. Lets hope the damage is minor.

Damned. ๐
Thanks Bart, do you have a link or source on this news. The BBMF has two Hurricanes so do you have a serial?
Its certainly good to read that the pilot is OK.
J.V.
Which hurricane? TFC Hurricane MKIV or HAC Hurricane MKXII?
Is the damage severe? Sad news ๐ but has anyone more info?
If you can give some more info Bart, please do.
J.V.
I don’t think it is the cruise movie already. At this moviepage, the project is annaunced, but not in production.

And they speek about a hurricane squadron. Not spitfires. I know hollywood doesn’t represent the top in being correct with the history, but I do hope they know the difference between a Hurricane and a Spitfire.

Thanks for that update peter. When this bird makes his first public run, I hope to see some nice photo’s! ๐
Greets,
J.V.
And anyway its not the size of your lens its what you do with it ๐
Thats right MOTF. Evrybody with a camera can take nice photos. With some luck everybody can get nice pics, sometimes even me! (I hope)
Thanks for the photos. I do like the Hawker Hunter shot in the recognizable sheme! ๐

Horrible – just horrible – as no low back spit operated on D-day, I really cant see the point – must be a movie coming up.
I think this is the point. I found this on airliners.net where the info tells us that it is a temporary sheme for a movie. But wich one could it be? Its a bit early for the new movie in which Tom Cruise has a role. ๐

At Legends ๐ฎ I don’t think so!
I only wrote what I saw on that link. But I must agree that they don’t really fit in the theme of the Flying Legends Airshow. So we will have to wait and see about this team.

You can’t find a ot of info on their site indeed. They are keeping it for a suprise maybe? Mistery  ๐
Al I could find from booked planes was the DC3, Spitfire MKIIa an Huricane MKIIc of BBMF and the Jordanian Falcons (extra 300).
The source on that is:

Also as previously told on this forum is that the swiss based Lockheed Super Constellation is going to attend the show.
But otherwise, your guess is as good as mine.
Maybe someone else knows more?
Greets,
J.V.
Yes, it looks like ther was a lot of work to complete this scale model. Great detail ๐ ! Does the landinggrear retract manualy? ๐
I want one of those to place in the house. Could I afford it? ๐ฎ
Great item!

I don’t want to answer that question.
Let’s just say there was a lot of traffic. ๐ฎ
But maybe more luck next year.
Greets,
J.V.
Superb pics!
The spit looks better than it was at Antwerp last week. The black nose is better than the red:

After seeing this photo, I just might call you Sir Franck! ๐
