It would be nice if the Fokker could return to its previous owner (holland) but I think they adore it in Germany too. So I think it will be hard to return this historical machine to The Netherlands.
PS: Thanks Kenneth for that pic of the Stiglietz in this special paint sheme. Well done!

That is no problem. I already could see some nice shots of a swedish stiglietz from you. I certainly hope you can send some more in the future but the photos shown here of other types are great for me too.
So thanks for sharing them!

Thanks papa Lima. These photos are a great publicety for the unique swedish aircraft history! Very suprising to see the superb saab b-17. The old jets are nice too of course! You must be very proud to have such nice planes flying there.
Good job!

Its a nice link indeed. Thanks for that one. I do enjoy browsing museum websites.
Great.
PS: Also I wish you a warm welcome Mark!

I am still going to that place of youth and wisdom. I hope to fly away around february 2005.

The website is indeed clear about it. They state that the connie will fly. Of course that would be a great vieuw. But I also have my doubts that the connie will be ready in time. But if this news is true, thumbs up for the aviodrome based connie group!

Maybe you just need to buy a new (special) mirror MOTF. 😀 This should be much easier than this exchange with JDK.
J.V.
Yes, Nice artistic avtar JDK! The fact that it might is too fat is open for artistic debate. 😉
As what the photos concerns, I think there are some great shots here! Thanks to all who posted them! And it is a Lovely shot of the Belgian Air Force Fouga Magister during its known Low-pass! 😎 If I am right, the Belgian Airforce is intended to use this type until 2006. So we must enjoy these nice displays of a type which is near the end of its militairy servicelife!
Thanks,
J.V.
Thank you jagdtiger for this new update on the FW190 Dora. It looks like she found a nice new home!

Nice plane Roger. If I am right, there has been a article in Flypast some time ago about this plane.
I do want to see how she will look once the new paint is applied! Thanks for this update Roger!

As I may not be a pilot (bad eyes  ) I did enjoy some nice pasenger rides in a few aircrafts. Its not a big list, but I am still young! 😉
I had rides in:
DH Tiger Moth DH82a OO-TGM (30 min.)
and of course:
FW44 Stieglitz (3hours) OO-JKT (now G-STIG with Glenn Lacey)
VL Viima II OO-EBL (45 min)
Antonov 2
I also enjoyed a simulated dogfight when I was in Yak 52 G-CBSR who ‘fought’ against Yak 52 LY-LVN (30 min)

Thanks guys for the additional info. Seems the BBMF had some bad luck last week. I wish they have more luck for the rest of the season.
