Think the Duxford show with the Vulcan (as per TVOC web site) may influence where a lot of people go. The date clashes have been really bad this year and would have thought that Shuttleworth and Duxford would have at least been on different weekends especially for the last show of the year.

The display on Sunday is scheduled for landing at approx 13.00hrs. Does anyone know if she is departing on Sunday or Monday back to Bruntingthorpe and if so at what time?

Got to say it wasnt up to the normal Beeb standard, however in their defence it must be awfull comentating on a subject that you do not have full knowledge off. Murray Walker once said that when people moaned about his mistakes he said lets see you talk for an hour and a half without them! Im not defending the Beeb as it was a bit poor but i dont think i would have come any where near the standard they did.

Hawker Siddeley Hawk T1 (HS-1182) XX184 184 (cn 031/312031) 19 F Squadron special colours 2008 marks 70th anniversary of 19 F squadron being equiped with Spitfire’s at Duxford, the first Squadron to do so. To mark the anniversary 19 Squadron have had special permission to repaint this Hawk in a camouflage scheme as worn by the spitfires during the Battle of Britain.

I thought it was different to see the air break out as well.
