A very decent way of judging the impartiality of a media outlet, specialy a State sponsored one is the ability/frequency of articles in wich the Government or policies of said State are put in question in that media outlet. BBC does it, RT doesnt.
Google “BBC lambasting UK government” and then google “RT lambasting Russia government” (or something similar), then look at what happens.
Its mightily impressive, and hats off to the Brits.ps- Today, right on top of the BBC news site was a video with the title “UK Foreign Office ‘got Syria wrong”, the description text was “A former British ambassador to Syria has said the British Foreign Office has got “Syria wrong every step of the way”…
Russian official language is not English. RT does not need to have anything related to Russia. At this point the Pope/Vatican and Israelis hasn’t complain about RT so I doubt there is overwhelming inaccurate news.
Wrong. This jet has a good record.
It does not have good record for high intensity operation . It need repeated maintaince at short intervals. The more miantaince the more chance of mistakes. Plus it does not have range. Why it even need to refuel when it was carrying half of its passenger load. with Tu-204 improvemenrs they would have much larger fleet with flexibility of longer range flights.
these prices are not really comparable. unless there is followup done at year 5 to 10 to see how much it actually cost.
less than 8 years old 8 C-17 need expensive support. and those C-17 I doubt has carried any max load to rough field performance.

US approves $700m sale of C-17 logistics services and equipment to Qatar
As part of a separate $81m sale, Qatar will receive spare C-17 engines
using airpower to fight even low intensity war is getting expensive.
The tanker version is upto 110 tons of fuel and 3 fighters simultaneously.

There is a good reason to question the role of Erdogan but not the US behavior against the ISIS.
Your given Link did not work.
role of Erdogan? He is fully supported by EU in hope that stronger Turkey will deter Russia. Richer Turkey means more money to buyoff influence
Its the role of EU that is increasing its dependence on Turkey/Middleast that need to be questioned.
Is it a private European bank?

This military plane and they were using as civilian intensity. both China and Iran withdrew them from passenger service in the 90s after crashes. very bad record .
this will be like detecting cruise missiles from over 600km.

Flight tests of Russia’s advanced aircraft radar to start next year
A new computer center of incoming information processing has been established for this purpose along with operators’ new automated workplaces. The A-100 will be two or three times more powerful by its characteristics, including the target detection range, than its predecessor [A-50],” Yakunin said.
Even the older one directly connected to tactical level.

this the quickest investment implementation deal as people were waiting for Green buses in cold.

Putin signs order on expanding Russia’s naval base in Syria’s Tartus
I am sure once the facilities are expanded for sea and air Russia will be able to squeeze a lot of investments and can cutoff Middleast from Turkey/EU.
I am sure limited engagement in Syria and Ukraine came to this conclusion.

MOSCOW (AP) — Russia’s military is now stronger than any potential foe, President Vladimir Putin told an annual end-of-year meeting with the defense ministry on Thursday.
It’s simply bizarre Trump wants to scalp the F-35 program which actually deliver US dominance while paying for expansion of nuclear weapons which will do nothing to that end. In fact it will most likely reduce US nuclear leverage as it incentivize other countries to pursue their own build up.
One gets the sense this man thinks the cause of American relative decline is somehow linked to reduction of nuclear arsenal.
nuclear industry is not particular attractive to younger people. so he may want to built bombs before current crop of workers/scientist got retired or dies.
only in dysfunctional economic systems startups get high income/stocks but such complex industrial chain not.

Looming mass nuclear plant retirement will push US towards total fossil fuel dependency
Trump has alot of power once he installed his own people. For example John McCain with his 50 years of public life plenty of things he can find about him to pressure him. US president is powerful because his new while the Congress is old compromised guards of the system .
He is going to modernize nuclear arsenal. and fight the war with cheapest weopons against ISIS. Giving more contracts to boeing may lower the cost of airforce 1 and all other passenger planes. Boeing is more attractive firm for rich people.
The US Congress has reversed practically every minor cut in F-35 orders that the executive proposed so far. To think that Trump could push a cancellation of the program or any major rollback through is beyond absurd. It wouldn’t even make it through his cabinet. The service chiefs will have a public fit.
In any event, its not like Trump has strong opinions about it. He’s not going to rock the boat over this. Especially after he gets a proper briefing from the JPO. Or at least Mattis will get one, and let Trump know which way the wind is blowing.
Trump is not ordinary President his cabinet is made of billionaires aka donor class. I am sure they can pressure Congress what ever he wants. The same method is used against Turkey with its donor class in Middleast.
. It’s something that no amount of Russian bombs will solve as they had tried already in Afghanistan. Sooner or later they will pack up and leave and the next round of fighting might be even bloodier.
it seem you have no understanding of whats going on. this is not 1980s airforce and method of war. I am sure in next 2 to 3 years new satellite and communication network will increase efficiency of airpower many fold.

Russian hackers tracked Ukrainian artillery units using Android implant: report
Ruaf is only using 50 aircraft on average in Syria. once they upgrade the airbase to 200 aircraft. the moderate rebels and ISSI will be finished in months. than Russia can create alliance of Arabs/Kurds/Iranians and used them against Turkey to dismantle that state and after that it can move towards Saudis and rest of Middleast oil fields. without Oil they cant import food or run airconditioning/water filtration plants and buy corrupt influence in west.
The current Syrian government is not exactly well known for its truthfulness.
The problem is not just Syrian government but nearly all governments even on opposite sides in Middleast .
