Or Tu-160/Tu-22M/Tu-95.;)
Theoretically, yes. Practically, no.
It is unlikely that the above long range missile carriers will be fitted with these anti-radiation missiles to do battle with an opponent’s SAM systems. They have other missions to do. The Tu-22M can carry it externaly anyways.
IMHO, this new version of the KH-58 is meant to be carried in the internal weapons bay of some future stealth aircraft (manned or unmanned).
Kh-58 UShKE
New version of the Kh-58 missile that can also be carried in an internal weapons bay.
Think Mig UCAV or PAK-FA ???

Seems all the missiles are of one kind (RASTRUB-B).
The SKAT shown on Russian TV:

I read that, but I just figured that was a government umbrella organization that controls the missile design bureaus and manufacturers. Just like Rosonboronexport handles MiG and Sukhoi and Sukhoi handles Irkutsk and KnAAPO. For example, I was under the impression that all those missiles are being presented by Russia’s Tactical Missile Corp. even though the Kh-31 is a Zvezda product and the Kh-58 is Raduga.
Logan Hartke
Yes, KTRV (Tactical missile corp.) is presenting it at MAKS. The actual maker is still unknown.
Another photo. This time from http://www.missiles.ru

I miss new helicopters like the Mil/Kazan Mi-38 and Mi-54 (mockup) at MAKS 2007. 🙁
The Mi-38 is at MAKS 2007
True. Anymore Putin is just a pathetic joke. Doesn’t get his way he throws a tantrum. I swear I thought I would pi$$ my pants laughing when he had a priest “bless” their first S-400 unit. Sounds like something a 3rd world dictator would do.
You sound like a Godless atheist communist with no respect to anybody’s religious beliefs and traditions.
Do you also laugh each time you read “IN GOD WE TRUST” on your “blessed” US Dollar?
Any news about MTA? I once read Superjet-100 was supposed to be a follow on developement of MTA? with maximum commnality or something like that in a Russian site.
The MTA (joint Russian/Indian transport) has nothing to do with Sukhoi’s superjet-100.
The MTA will share certain things with the larger upcoming MS-21 passenger jet (150 – 170 seats). Among many things they will use the same engines which are under development.

Very interesting. Thanks for posting. Can you please provide a source.
On the subject of modified TARANTUL (pr.12411) class corvettes.
This is the R-71 from the Black sea fleet. It seems to have received modifications similar to the R-60. But the weapon system is now removed.
Is it the vessel that received the KASHTAN system much earlier?

MiG’s all but lost the MMRCA tender due to the INS Vikramaditya scandal (with the IAF hopefully opting for the qualitatively superior Super Hornet).
Now it seems the Russian govt. has intervened to assure India that the carrier will be delivered on-time as “it’s far too important a project for the countries future relations”. Hmmm…interesting comments coming at a time when Lockheed is trying to tempt India with the F-35.So how do these pieces all fit together?
-If India buys the Super-Hornet, still thumbs-up for PAK-FA funding.
-If India buys the F-16I with price options on the follow-on F-35, no Indian PAK-FA funding, hence maybe no Russian PAK-FA.A high-level Indian Defence delegation is due to visit Moscow at the end of August, so watch this space…and think carefully before deriding the Indians as mere ‘sub-contractors’, Savy?
Add to that: Recently Russia blocked the re-export of RD-33 engines by China to Pakistan for the J-17 fighters.
I think the Mig-35 is very much in the running…..but that is another topic.
