Also, I wouldn’t exactly count South Korea or Taiwan just yet-significant US assistance was needed to make the F-CK-1 and T/A-50. Not that they couldn’t do it, Taiwan has made the AT-1 after all and Korea has a good knowledge base from assembling F-16s and making the T/A-50, but based on current products I wouldn’t call them 100% ready.

Like I said, new entry for Korea and Taiwan as possibly an one-shot deal, though the ROCAF are looking at a possible new homemade trainer.

Both S Korea and Taiwan could undoubtedly produce planes if it weren’t for politics.

Well, it’s been debated whether the state of Israel could survive without US support across the board from financial to political.

But it is certain that the Israeli industrial complex could produce planes to a degree matching anyone except the true independents like the US, Russia, Britain, France and China.

The P5 are really the only one that could produce everything along the entire production and operational chain from engines to frame to weapons (whether China’s are copies or not, a J-8II could be spat out from an assembly line without any input whatsoever from the rest of the world.)

Sweden is probably the closest to an independent outside the P5. It still use American engines and missiles though.

South Africa and Israel probably rank closely after the Swedes with their Cheetahs and Kfirs.

I would tend to believe it. The boards are often a bit shaky but when you have dates, they tend to turn out correct (especially like FC-1 “pre official” flight dates, J-10B flight, etc.). People making up bullcrappy usually don’t have enough confidence in their crap to actually use dates that could be correlated.

Wuhan is a major city with lots of people having access to the internet (though posting it here would probably invite a crackdown later.)

Whether or not that those were MKKs or some other aircraft is probably more in doubt. That a crash actually happened is probably on target.
