Cameron getting a hard time at Northwood regarding the Harrier retirement, question came form a RN Lt.CMR Kris Ward – is that Sharky’s son?
Cameron also ballsed up a bit when he called the Typhoon ‘our principal ground attack aircraft’ ‘currently serving in afghanistan’
…. oops.
Correct. Kris is Sharkey’s son.

Here is Kris going low level in Wales before deploying to Afghanistan in 2007.

Are you one of these people who post comments on You Tube – I think you should keep posting…… its making me laugh anyway…:D
This chap never gets it. A-300 is simply a re-invention of long time banned user ‘Flogger’.
He has been at it for years. He gets banned and simply re-appears with a different user name. He believes that nobody notices! ๐
Do a search for user names Flogger, MiG-23MLD, Milmascaras, Kiwinopal, Cessna. They are all the same chap repeating ad-nauseum the same line. You can end up going round and round in circles with him.

Well, yes, of course, but so many and for 30 years more? That I did not know.
Remember the โB-52 mother ruleโ โ The mother of the last B-52 pilot has not yet been born. The USAF plan to keep them in service for decades to come.
76 B-52H is the number after the drawdown in fleet numbers that started in 2008. Up until then the fleet numbers were in the mid-90s.
Details can be found on the following.

So can anyone answer the question – is there really “about twenty” Sea Harriers at Culdrose? Presumably none are at Shawbury now?
Not as many as 20 Sea Harriers at Culdrose. Around half that number noted.

A-300,
Flogger, (Kiwinopal)
Are you back yet again? Isn’t it just getting a bit boring now? How many more re-inventions will you go through after being rumbled and banned?
Username Cessna was your last attempt, I believe?

What happened to the MiG-25s which were dug out from underground in the Iraqi desert in 2003? I know that some captured ‘war booty’ Mirage F1s were sent back to the USA, presumably for Museums or collectors – but the FOXBAT?
One of the Iraqi MiG-25s was noted a few years ago undergoing restoration for the USAF National Museum.

Basically, Tito fell out with the Soviets, so was cultivated as a sort of an ally by the West. When relations were restored with Moscow, they got Russian equipment.
In one of the early parts of the Yugoslav Civil War there was a news report that showed a T-33 rocketing a convoy
It wouldn’t have been a T-33, but a Soko Jastreb or Soko Galeb.

The video of the convoy attack is on the web, but is a bit too graphic.
Snapshot of Soko during the rocket attack on the convoy.

Yugoslavia also supplied a Yak-23 to the US. (Defection from Romania). No doubt it helped foster good relations with the west?

Yugoslavia came close to purchasing the Gnat. Some examples were evaluated.

Can anyone verify their authenticity? Are there more pictures of this sort?
The computer produced image has been around for a couple of years now. See thread from 2006.
The guy who produced them is very good, but his images have been ripped off over the years as real. See high-res from 2006 with the copyright as originally published. The guy who produced them also showed the basics of how he produces the images.
