I can’t see what this has to do with Commercial Aviation, so I’ll move it into General Discussion.
Cheers

I’m getting a bit bored of moving your threads into Historic Aviation, mate.
Please post in the correct forum in future.
Thanks
GA
TSR2 Historic??? Makes me feel bloody old…………..
Me too, mate.
Such, alas, is life…… 🙁
Ahh, Rick, RpR may well have, but as has been stated elsewhere, there are 400 different versions, so the question, should have been, Which One?
Let’s hope he doesn’t have to wait as long for an answer to that one as I have, Jim.
Still not made your mind up? :p

GA – I didn’t know that different branches of Christianity have different bibles.
Oh, you’d be surprised. 🙂
For example, the bible as used in Roman Catholicism contains a number of books that don’t appear in the bible as used by Protestants. These books are commonly known as the Apocrypha.
The Orthodox churches use a different mix of books again.
And that’s just the versions of the bible that are in contemporary use by the three major branches of modern Christianity.
Just think how many more versions must have been used at various time over the millennia by all the various branches and sects.

Obviously the very first Bible, Lance.
And which one was that, Jim?
You still haven’t defined the terms used in your post #140, ie which version of the bible and which brand of Christianty you are talking about.
Might be an idea to do that before you start clouding the issue with questions based on an undefined premise.

Myself, I would be referring to the Holy Christian Bible, and the Christian Church…
In which case, my original question still stands.
As RpR has intimated, there is no single consistent version of the bible, and there are a large number of different brands of Christian church.
So which specific varieties are you deeming to be the originals?

Ah, But which came first, the Bible, or the Church?
Which Bible and which church though, Jim?
There is no single uniform and consistent version of either.
