Looks like you’re propagandising to yourself now, sunshine.
Are you still paying attention?
Speak for yourself……

Most people I know who are involved in aviation know of Burt Rutan. I personally have a great deal of respect for him and for all he has done in aviation design, engineering, and now space exploration. Several of his groundbreaking designs hang in our national air & space museums. He is an aerospace engineer and a man of science who believes in proven methods of testing and evaluation.
If you haven’t read what he has written about “GW” then you should take a look at it. I’ve yet to encounter a single human being that could provide a coherent answer to the key points of his presentation. Without exception, everyone that I have confronted with Mr. Rutan’s data is left stuttering and stammering or sometimes speechless. The best response I’ve gotten so far is “I’ll have to study this and get back to you.”
Never heard back from any of them.
Just out of interest, would you be happy to test-fly a composite aircraft of unconventional configuration that had been designed by a climatologist?

There has never been a time in the whole of recorded human history without organised conflict of one kind or another.
In today’s information age, our easy access to news and pictures via TV news and the Internet enables us to bear near-instant witness to events in far-off countries that people only 50 years ago would have found out about at third or fourth hand after a significant delay.
Your impression that the world is spiralling out of control is little more than a by-product of increasingly efficient news-gathering and broadcasting.
So come out from under that bed….. 😉

Some people will bring politics into anything.
So, by a logical extension of your thinking, if there were no restrictions on carrying guns in schools the number of shootings in schools would go down?
As I understand it, that’s pretty much the current “official” NRA line on the matter as expounded by Wayne LaPierre on 21 December.
It makes exactly as much sense as the assertion that declaring schools “gun-free zones” will prevent any such tragedies in the future – but don’t tell the “pro” lobby that! 😎

This doesn’t look too good…. http://www.theregister.co.uk/2013/01/25/boeing_787_ntsb_report/
I’ll be surprised if Boeing outsource as many vital systems on their next design to third parties.
440ml or 500ml tinnies? 😉
