The moment your smoke goes into someone else’s lungs, it’s no longer a private matter.
You may choose whether or not to breathe in tobacco smoke. By smoking near me, you deny me the right to make the same choice and instead impose your choice on me.
We keep hearing all about the freedoms of smokers and how smoking bans infringe them.
What about my freedoms as a non-smoker? After all, I’m in the majority – not the smokers.
