Speaking for myself, and purely as a private individual, I wouldn’t let a Symantec/Norton product (or McAfee, for that matter) within 50 metres of any PC or laptop of mine.

Eset is far less intrusive than either, and certainly throws up fewer conflicts and other issues.

But, as I say, that’s just my opinion.

But, there again, I’m not the one who was attempting to use the actions of a tiny minority to paint a distorted picture of a successful and peaceful demonstration by a quarter of a million people.

Our old friend, Commander Broadhurst of the Met, again: “This is just mindless vandalism, hooliganism, it’s nothing to do with the protest.”

Mind you, I can understand why some might be disappointed that such a large protest took place in the first place, let alone that it was so well-organised and well-policed.
