Looking for some (cheap) glass fronted cabinets to keep dust, small hands and paws away from them. Any ideas?

Ikea had all glass box cabinets for around £30 I seem to remember. You had to buy the halogen fitting seperate if you wanted it though.

Its the DETOLF Glass-door cabinet I was thinking of and its £35 almost. Looks quite good quality when I was looking at it though.

I dont know if it applies to full sized helis but models hover upside down because of the negative pitch applied while inverted. A bit like a pilot putting in down while inverted with his plane to hold a level flight. Must be possible to do this in full sized but the models do have gyros to correct some of the balance issues and heading hold gyros also.

It might not be. As long as the door is just knocked out of place and the chassis leg is intact then it still has a good chance of survival. Suspension and drive shaft being ripped out isnt really all that hard to repair they just need to be jigged and reset. Also the suspension has to be re aligned but as I said as long as the major components are intact it has a good chance of survival. But if the car is older than 3 years it may have no chance at all.

Oh, and I can’t really change hotel, because the other chains round that area want £100 per night, for a room that is no better than the £67. The food is of a better quality but after work I’m too hungry for quality. I want a MASSIVE steak, jacket spud and 4 greens for about £13. Not a 6 ounce mouthful steak, with a few boiled spuds and a dressing of cress (But presented beautifully) for £22.95.

Me and the missus usually pay about £50 – £60 for room and brekkie and £7 – £8 each on a meal.

But then you got to add beer and JD and that blows the whole rest of the budget.

It was of interest to me otherwise I would have not posted.

The fact that I read the title and posted herein would mean that it was of interest to me.

The fact that the programme if you can call it that is a big pile of pants is my interest and opinion on the matter.

Or is it just that you feel the need to go over old news again.

I thought we had left that part of this post at the beginning when it was posted everyone else has posted their opinion on the matter and put aside my comment but here you are bringing it up again.

It seems that I am not the only one that doesnt like the programme there are a few others on this post that express that opinion.

Rather than waste anymore forum space on this please PM me and I will be happy to discuss this further with you. Same goes for anyone else who doesnt like my opinion on this programme. Let other folks enjoy their moan about X Factor

I’ve posted in the Remembrance threads and done my fair share of remembering over the years!

There are other more important things in life than the XFactor, but along with a million other things, it is a part of life and I personally enjoy it.:D

The X Factor show is still a load of tripe.

Yes some very very talented people do come out of it but the show itself along with various other “reality” shows has run its course and should bow out gracefully.

And it makes great TV everyone of the panel bitching at each other.

One more thing cant they use better songs. Like give everyone a song that the personally like or has some meaning for them. Why do they make it a “insert your fav singer or band here” week and not just have song that suit each individual talents.

Heard it was Mariah Carey this week. Michael Jackson was being talked about the other week at work.

Anyone know what week it is going to be next Saturday.

Only asking as I am really hoping it Marilyn Manson or Metallica or something real of the wall like that. Come to think of it Metallica might be very interesting done in different styles.

Just exercising my right to free thought. Said what I think now and am leaving it at that.

Perhaps it was that I had just watched the Festival of Rememberance and that the X factor really gets my goat making stars of the ordinary when out there are real people risking their lives and losing. Leaving families behind to pick up the pieces and this sort of drivel is all we can talk about.

Sorry if it seems like I was chastising my fellow forumite but it really was just the subject matter and not the person.

What realy got me about the rememberance this year was the personal accounts from the veterans and their families. In particular the young lady and her mother that lost their brother / son. The way he arranged an American trip for his mother with him before he deployed. Almost as if he was saying goodbye then. Very touching.

Ok rant over now I am off to annoy more people on an entirely different site.

I’m sorry but Laura was the only one on their who I seen with perfect vocal use and brilliant potential, she is better than loads of them on there and I am furious that Daniel is in and he’s only in becuase a sympathy vote – he is cr*p! 😡 – Loads of them are not as good as Laura, the only ones left with talent that will be great in the public are Alexandra, Diana and JLS.

Take a minute to think about what weekend this is and indeed what week this is. Cant you think of something else other than this tripe to post about.

To put it simply I dont give a monkeys.
