And, of course, if the message went out that there would NO more non-EU immigration for 12 months and a cap on EU immigration the problem would melt away. The UK is seen as a very soft touch, so they bare all queuing up to get here by fair means or foul. The whole business stinks and the Government’s attitude is shameful, and its ministers spineless wimps.

Wonderful man. The Telegraph made it a policy a year or so ago to include obits as often and as frequently as possible as the numbers inevitably diminish month by month, as a small but meaningful memorial to them.

So are we, but our town would die without them. We all curse them but know we need them.

Perhaps they were a few hours ahead of us………….sounds pretty suspect to me, but then, as they say, “truth is often stranger than fiction”.:)
