I see today that the American actor Dennis Hopper has been diagnosed with prostate cancer too.
OK chaps,a little lecture from Auntie BB.
If you’re middle-aged or worse, for goodness’ sake get yourself checked for this regularly.
Yes,I know the actual physical examination isn’t something to look forward to,
but this cancer is so much easier to treat if it’s caught early. My brother-in-law delayed going to his doctor about certain symptoms until it was too late, and sadly he died of the illness.
But before then, the treatment option offered to him was drastic in the extreme.Maybe you can guess what he lost.
So think on,as I believe they say oop north.

Sat through it spellbound & my husband was entranced by the HP42s.
He’s wittering on again about a scheme he heard of some years ago to build a replica HP42,can’t remember whether I’ve mentioned it here before.
Anyone know anything about it ?

I was interested to see that my MP (Lab,majority 37)was one of 13 MPs signing an early day motion condemning the BBC for allowing the BNP a platform and so conferring on it a (quote) spurious legitimacy.
Nothing spurious about a properly registered political party, surely ?
I’m not convinced Asians would actually vote for the BNP though.
