    She Lives???

Surely that’s just the image of a boat ?
The wake certainly looks odd though.

One of Weird Al Yankovic’s best parodies,Amish Paradise.

Apologies to any Amish reading this – though come to think of it,they don’t have computers.

Who hasn’t looked up at the stars, felt very tiny and wondered what it’s all about ?
What interests me is why we’re here at all.I suppose one answer could be,to make things better for the next geneneration.
Speaking personally,I can say I’ve really benefitted in that direction. The wartime sacrifices of my parents’ generation have given me 61 years of peace.Materially I’ve got riches I could never have imagined as a child, progressing from a fuzzy black-and-white television bought specially for the coronation to the laptop I’m using to type this.
The progress in aviation in my lifetime alone has been incredible.Increased prosperity and affordable travel has given me the privilege of visiting Australia and New Zealand many times, and the thrill of crossing the Atlantic in an aeroplane that flew faster than sound.
Yet whilst I’m living this comfortable life, millions are living lives of poverty and suffering, women are still opressed, animals tortured, children are dying of diseases that could easily be cured in the rich world.
    It’s a puzzle,isn’t it ?

Mr. Bee’s medical tests show nothing seriously wrong, though he’s been thinking he’s at death’s door for weeks.
