My daughter’s friend is a 35 year-old male to female transsexual.

As he’s had ” the op “,then I suppose technically he’s a woman, though to me he still looks like a bloke in a frock. He’s been re-born as a female, which is fair enough.

It’s the bit about some of them not having the full sex change, but just living and dressing as women that intrigues me.

If I were flying with PC Air,I’d spend all my time guessing which flight attendants really were female, and probably getting it wrong.

The fact these things happen proves beyond all doubt that they aren’t wrong in any book.

So I’ve completely misunderstood the phrase, they aren’t wrong ?

    Silly me.

Paul,to take your statement to its logical conclusion, the fact that anything happens means it can’t be wrong.

Killing a child to use its body parts as medicine happens,so it’s not wrong ?

    Mutilating a young girl’s genitals without anaesthetic happens,so it’s not wrong ?

Skinning animals alive happens,so it’s not wrong ?

Is there anything in this world that you’d describe as actually being wrong ?

    ” Wrong in our society ” ?

So you’re saying murdering children is all right in some cases. ?

I don’t agree. Murdering children is wrong.

    Another example :

Albino African children are sometimes murdered so that their body parts can be used in tribal medicine.

Right or wrong ? Or simply acceptable, because it’s ” part of their culture ” ?

Paul, some cultures still practice female genital mutilation as part of their ” heritage “. Do you think that’s acceptable in the 21st century ? Sky High, would you say ” that cannot be wrong ” ?
