Yeah, good prog for once; thought the early spade n’ metal detector ‘expeditions’ came over as a bit naive…

1986-forgot toothbrush

1987-left oven on

1988-made snowmen, forgot to look for planes

…but once the serious stuff started, it was well a well impressive 50 mins of TV.

Steve Connor also said that ‘Flight Of The Blenheim’ was going to be on DVD by mid-December.

Never did get it from Santa! 🙁 😉

Extras content is usually made known some time after the release date, so all is still well. Two discs should mean a good amount of content, too.

HMV=VERY expensive!!! 😮

I still love old ‘Fighter Squadron’, though you need to have the VAST number of patches, plane packs, additional aircraft etc etc that have been made available by fans online to get the most out of it.

I can’t help with the original query here, but I’m kinda fascinated by the way Merlins are variously painted; many are black, some natural metal, the BBMF seem to have some bluey/grey ones-any particular reasoning for this? Mk? Batch No.? Owner’s whim?
