You could always go by train the station is a ten minute walk away and the train ticket is also your admission ticket at least it was in the last year. The weather will be the deciding factor for me.
I live about 5 min drive away and I haven’t heard anything either. Is it on going or completed?

The camera I use is a Sony HDR-FX7 with a Rode Stereo Video Mic attached, I use it hand held mounted to a home made shoulder brace. A good tripod with fluid head would give more stable results but requires a lot of practise to use well, and a good location is essential. A tripod can prove to be not as flexible as using hand held.
