What about the poor neglected unglamorous Boulton Paul Defiant as a flyer, now that would be something.

What about the Museum of Army Flying at Middle Wallop, that has some interesting exhibits seen nowhere else. The Hafner Rotabuggy and Rotachute
    Are just bizarre.

Could it be used in a positive note as a good bit of free advertising.
Credit it to you and your company with a link to the shop.
I have seen many of your clips on you tube and other sites and posted on forums where comments have been very positive and maybe even copies purchased because of it.
I know it’s not nice to be ripped off but if an agreement can be reached for the purpose of the bigger picture that can be of benefit.. just trying to put another angle on things.

I wasn’t ripping him off as no income was being generated from the clip. I would have given him credit if I had known who the clip belong to, in the same way I have credited Manfred Poznanski. This was an anonymous clip I found on the internet and it fitted in with what my channel was about at the time which was WW2 aircraft in colour. I have moved away from that theme to cover a wider area of interest. I have removed the clip and I apologise for any offence caused.

You need to be careful when doing that, you are only entitled to put footage up that you own or you know is copyright free.

Thanks for the advice, even when I use Public Domain music it is claimed by some media company a dispute usually sorts it but not always.

You’ll need to remove the footage you have illegally ripped from my Messerschmitt 109 DVD ASAP please.

I think someone else illegally ripped it from your DVD, I ripped it from the Internet four years ago. It has now been removed. Are you also claiming the one credited to Manfred Poznanski perhaps he ripped that one from you, I wouldn’t know as I haven’t seen any of you DVD’s. Some of my videos have been taken form youtube and then uploaded back to youtube again which I think is quite a bizaar thing to do.

They could always donate/swap the engines to help get the Duxford Beufighter Airbourne.

Thanks to all for your answers, I was particularly interested in a modern technological approach to rebuilding these engines so thanks to Paul61 and ZRX61 (are you guys related you have the same number).

So when the Intellectual property expires these engines could and probably will be manufactured in India or China using modern technology and cheap labour.

ZRX61 Out of interest you could build your own 3D printer see this link.
