I think what is happening is that the B767 is operating under the Icelandic AOC. AV8Air have applied for their own AOC covering both the B757 and B767, and hope to commence ops under their own banner by May 04. In the meantime, the B757 only flies training flights as and when, but I suspect it will remain parked for a few weeks yet.
Many thanks Mark
I don’t think they should,
I’d be surprised if they did!.
By the way, totally off topic, are you a Jethro Tull fan by any chance?
Now what makes you think that?……………………:D 😀
There’s something not quite right about it, but just can’t put my finger on what.
I’m sure they had 5 x RJ70’s and 3 x RJ80’s

Thanks guys, much appreciated. It appears that it may be GTICL that has gone back.
Yup, prefer No two. The broader yellow stripe does make a difference.
I Think it’s something to do with the routes that the Islanders operate, and in which BA want no further involvement[
It is only the Islanders that have come off the BA franchise agreement

‘Hop’ has risen from what was formerly known as ‘Oniva’
Finnair used to operate 4 DC10’s:
OHLBA / B / D / E
The first three went to Air Liberte (France) whilst E is now N regd and is still in service in the US. A, B, and D are owned by a company registered in Luxumburg and are now stored at Helsinki (Hence the supposed Finnair connection). However, they have all had their engines removed and it seems that they may be for scrapping.
I’m begining to wonder if the acqisition of the type by Air Scandic is actually going to happen.
For those who are unaware, full fleet listings for current UK airlines can be found on my website.
