CD – my own thoughts exactly. Tendering yopur resignation and having it refused is utter hypocrisy. If you feel the necessity to resign, you resign. If you don’t, why tender it in the first place?

It is simply a charade to enable confidence in an employee tom be shown. Well It doesn’t wash with most of us, I’m sure. If that woman had a scintilla of honour she would have gone long ago.
