Indeed a lot of this may very well be true, however there are a number of smaller private collectors in the UK, most of which are away from Duxford who have a handful of aircraft each which can very often be seen out and about. What this means is that we may start to see a reduction in the variety of aircraft in the UK, however Warbirds will still be seen for a good while yet. Trust me there is a world outside Duxford….

Eye catching and by now probably static…. Red Bull have at least enabled the Sea Vixen to be seen by many more people than would have been possible without sponsorship but we’ve been down this road hundreds of times before. The owner made the decission and can’t be knocked for that. What colour scheme is your Sea Vixen in and how many airshows has it attended in the last couple of years???

My guess would be…….. a shed load of $$$$$ however good luck to them it would be interesting to see if they can get the reliability.
