😀 So your not going to Wings and Things then Janie? Personally I don’t believe I have a choice, I am expected in Kent apparently. 😀

Any chance of poting some pics of the Mustang and Corsair either here or in a new thread. I for one would love to see them as I’m sure others would.

Without a shadow of doubt the person I would most like to thank is a good friend of mine Maurice Hammond, who not only has allowed me unlimited access to his collection of beautiful aircraft and given great support and encouragement whilst carrying out my recent PPL, but has also offered me great help outside of the aviation world.

    Life is good 😀

I’m impressed you tackled the Mustang Burger Moggy, we’ve all been to scared to try it yet. I’ll look out for your pic on the wall next time I am there.

Now owned by Peter Teichman, still at North Weald. Not the best pic, but reasonably new (Feb 04)

In case anyone is interested there will be 2 possibly 3 Mustangs and 2 Harvards in Kent tomorrow, Headcorn may be a good place to spot them during the afternoon.

You must be going to the wrong shows 😉

There was a 2 ship at Bent waters and Little Grandsden, a 3 ship at Old Buck last year and a 5 ship formation at Woodchurch as well as a number of solo Harvard displays at venues such as Seething and Marham last year.

Chris Bevan is still flying, displaying the Harvard and Yak 11 for Rob Davies at times, as well as assisting others hone their flying skills based on his experience, a very interesting person to chat to as well.

Eddie Coventry doesn’t display any more, still has his Cap10 though.

Some get cleaned very often 😉 I can think of a collection where the entire fleet of 5 have been cleaned over the last week.
