I cant see NW coming. They have quite a small European network and they simply feed PAX through AMS. Theres a discussion going on abot PIA and I doubt QR but who knows.
AA adding more is a possibility as they see to be following the CO model of adding more European destinations like DUB and SNN.

I personally think 2 daily from anywhere to AMS would do quite well but how many flights are there to AMS from GLA daily???

They are doing quite well now arnt they? I was looking at their fares to Stansted and they were very very competitive compared to Easyjet. Double daily makes more sense espeically for business flyers and day trippers. Obviously loads were good on the 1 flight or else a 2nd one would have been out of the question.

Emirates have had to put their planned Geneva flights back beause of a shortgae of aircraft. I think there will be very view new EK routes over the next few months but perhaps when they start getting more aircraft delivered.
I think and hope DUB has a chance becasue it looks as though EI may announce it in the next year or so.
