RUH is a strange decision. Although loads etc may (I dont know) be quiet good BA had the problem of the British goverment telling them to postpone flights. If bmi are unlucky then the goveremtn may decide to say once again that British airlines should stop flights.

Aer Lingus no longer operate to EWR. They pulled the route after 9/11. they were able to operate to EWR because it is counted as a New York airport.
I know what a codeshare is but what I meant was the airline i.e. bmi would be using their equipment but under United air operating licence.

Duessldwarf dont worry. I wouldnt risk connecting with Ryanair or any other low fare carrier for that matter through any airport. Ive used IB for connections and missed them and cant imagine what would have happened if it had been Ryanair.

I may like Ryanair but Im not stupid. 😀
