Another update from Flywho on the BHX website….

Book Flywho And Make It Snappy!

    http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v699/future_pilot17/305.jpg

Aden Murcutt, the CEO of brand new long haul airline, Flywho, was at Birmingham International Airport this week reminding travellers that it is not too late to book Florida this summer; but to make it snappy because with return fares starting from as little as £395 (inc tax), it would be foolish to leave it any later…….alligator!

The new flights will launch on Saturday 8th July, offering three non-stop services – Orlando-Sanford each Tuesday and Saturday, and St Petersburg-Tampa Bay each Thursday.

Not surprisingly, Florida still sits on top as the UK’s favourite long-haul holiday destination because of its year round temperate climate, beautiful beaches, crazy theme parks and natural splendour around the Everglades region. Appreciating this, Aden Murcutt has also formed a new specialist tour operator called GoVisitAmerica.com to provide people with tailored made packages complete with accommodation, car hire, insurance and even advanced access to some of Florida’s most exciting attractions.

Flywho services will operate all year round using a 168 seat Boeing 767 mixed cabin aircraft and offers the world’s longest legroom. The Silver cabin (economy) will have up to 38 inch seat-pitch and 7 seats abreast. The Gold cabin (business/premium) will house a massive 45 inch and 6 abreast seat arrangement.

Comfort is an important element of travelling long-haul and Flywho’s concept offers a variety of key differences to improve customers’ journeys, including ample leg room in both cabins, exceptional menus and fine wines, plus state-of-the-art individual entertainment systems for all passengers. Those travelling in the Gold cabin can enjoy added benefits of dedicated check-in, increased luggage allowance, priority baggage service and executive lounge access. Children under 14 years will have their own menu and ‘kids’ pack, and all adults will receive a stylish amenity kit on board flights.

Passengers can book mixed routes for outbound and return, with return prices starting from £395 (inc tax) in the Silver cabin, and £649 (inc tax) in the Gold cabin. Those interested in booking flights can visit either http://www.flywho.com, http://www.govisitamerica.com, or call 0870 4999 767 between 9am and 6pm, six days a week.

The most noticable thing is that the aircraft type has changed again to a B767 (presumably -300). It seems BHX is very eager to give Flywho as much ublicity as they can.
Only a couple of months away from the launch date now…

Future Pilot, sorry thought u were playim’ XBox, played GR2 on PS2 on my mates console and I gotta say it sucked in comparrison, it’s a different storyline yet a few years before the XBox version and the AI seemed less developed than the XBox. U never got to play Summit Strike I take it? Set in Kazakhstan, lots of fun and very challenging!!!

Couldn’t agree more, the first couple of Ghost Recon’s on the PS2 were terrible although I did buy them and play them :D, if you get a chance get a look in at the newest one I mentioned above.
I really didn’t recognise the game, complete revamp in my opinion with regards to Missions, graphics, level variety and layout. The fact that there are multiple routes to completing a mission instead of jst one. The AI seems to of improved alot at the same time.

I do remember the original Doom as a sort of scary game but from what I’ve been hearing Doom 3 sounds great, looks like I have to invest in that now.

The very first Resident Evil game on the Playstation one was a game I can really remember scaring the hell out of me. Was just a fantastic game.

Certainly is quite a radical change from the old livery, although I agree with your comments on Thai Matt. It’s a shame all new liveries are rolled out on terrible weather days :D.

Future Pilot, I too have purchased (well exchanged actually) Ghost Recon’s latest outting and I must say I’m not impressed, that is surprising since I loved all the others (especially the last two, Summit Strike and GR2 set in Korea). Can’t believe they went back to third person and the images look bit too grainy for XBox.

I was referring to the PS2 version, quite frankly with the HUD and first person views I think the graphics are preety sharp and consider this was a great improvement.
