It is about the Air Transat Airbus.
Looks nice does’t she, maybe Thomas cook will follow suite now that would look good.
who paid for the cost of this stunt, must of been wads to bring a 747 in for the day with no pasenger revinu?.
Wastse of money if you ask me, also what has this got to do with a car program ” dont buy a Ford just incase you live near an airport this is what happens” complete horse poo!!!.
Confirmed First Choich have ordered 6 and Blue Panorama of Italy, looks like RR to power the First Choice fleet.
I think a 7E7 in First Choice livery will look pretty cool, not to sure about Britannia though uugghh all that blue and that stupib smilely tail, bring back the old colours.
Are Monarch having issues with there 330’s thought they were reliable?.
I think that they may be a few more announced today, not to sure if Monarch will go this route but they need a 757 replacement there’s are quite old now.
I know a few folks at First choice will try and find out if they know.
Looks like an order from First Choice and Britannia acording to an English press website?, to replace there 767 fleet not 757’s.
we get loads of a320/321s at man of First Choice, guess they are used for flights that dont need the 757 due to passenger volume.
Good report there, I believe that First Choice (AIR 2000) have done realy well and are beating there opersition hands down, had an excelent flight with them last year. Looks like they have over taken Britannia as the best charter oufit in the uk, good on them.
It may just be me, and I’m not being Anti-Boeing here – but whever I hear off explosions and 737’s I think of the centre fuel pemps – even thought procedures are in place – who knows – I hope it’s not a bomb….
I like the new wording Mr Murry, “FUEL PEMPS” sound very camp made me chuckle though.
Thats better!, thought you were all dead of joined another fourm.
Anybody know the actual flying time form liverpool to KOLN?,
thats why I said lego land,
naaaaaa
gotta to be lego land!
I was the opposite, only went around 2 hours max flying time on our hols and was getting pretty fed up of going to the same place time and time again. Anyway I decided to try and get over my fear so I got talking to a chap at work who flew Let 410s in Haiti (think that’s how you spell it) He then took me up from his local flying club (Sherburne in Elmet) I then was subjected to being tossed around in a little piper warrior for two hours and the more I did this the less fear I had.
Anyway I then started to do my PPL and since then never looked back. This has proved that you can overcome your fears and this year for my honeymoon we are off to the usa, Heathrow to San Francisco then to Washington then Boston and New York to Heathrow, cant bloomin wait.
