Tom,
Great shots, I know it can be a pain in the butt getting to and from LHR but isn’t it worth it when you capture shots like this…well done mate. The Sterling 737 from Gatwick and Iranair SP are my pick of the bunch.

Thanks for the comments guys.

I have a 400D and like Manc I use it in TV mode, different people have different ways of achieving the same aim, just have a play with the settings be it TV or AV mode until you are happy. The beauty of a DSLR is that you can afford to play with the settings and shot lots of images.

DJ17……great shots; there are quite a few that stand out for me, the RJ and Polish 737 on approach.
Well done.

Alex,
Great shots mate, the 763 is a great capture with the heat haze and the sunset, also like the overhead A346.

Interesting that the Biman nose gear incident at DXB was an A310 also.
Great shots mate, the CRJ looks fine against the contrails…also nice to see the ex Avia Jet MD flying but where is the registration?

Was the TV apperance about photography? Love the A300’s by the way.

Cheers for the kind words guys….by the way I did want to spend a little longer than 10 mins but lack of parking and the presence of the Ice Cream Van parked among the cars put me off. Bah Humbug!!!
Nice to see shots of the Trident interior……gving away my age a little but I loved flying on these birds from Belfast to London in the late 70’s/early 80’s.

Tony,
Great images, the Emirates 330 is superb. As I have just mentioned in Phil’s thread, we must have been pretty close to one another as I got the same aircraft from almost the same angle, I was at the eastern side of the garage.

Phil,
Great shots mate; We must have just missed each other as I was at the Esso garage and shot virtually the same pictures (although not as good!).
