Great shots Kevin, I like the look of the Canada Jazz CRJ700.

As usual, awesome shots Phil……I wonder when the new parking area will be available post the hangar demolition?

    Tom,
Superb report; I flew to Miami a few weeks ago on one of there new A346’s (G-VRED) and it was very comfortable with much bigger seats and pitch and TV screens than the 300 series. Flew back from Washington on Tuesday on a 300 series (African Queen) and would have to agree with you it was a little tatty inside and when the person in front reclines their seat you are very restricted.

Once again well done on the report.

    Jamie,
Great start with the new camera, I have a 400D and am still trying to get used to it, the beauty of digital photography is that you can just keep shooting for as long as you want. The only thing holding you back is the capacity of your card. I just bought a portable storage device that I bring with me and when I have shot a full card I just down load it straight away to the portable drive and carry on shooting. By the way I really like the angle of the 340 shot. Keep up the good work. 😉

    Tartan,
Construction No: E1029 belongs to A Flight 32(R), I believe the pods are RWR dectors to detect incoming missiles. The new ‘civilian’ scheme lowered the profile of the squadron’s planes and less vunerable to possible attack.

Thanks for the comments guys, it is a bit difficult to get good shots on deck when I am supposed to be working…I had a lot of “pay attention” over my headset! The Goshawks were great fun and with some of the guys getting a little teezy when I reminded them it was essentially a British aircraft. I am now doing the mundane job of writing the report…….:( I will post some more shots on the military forum.

    All the best

Thanks guys for all the advice and look forward to the tutorial, I need it. I am off to NAS Key West tomorrow on a job for 2 weeks so hopefully I will get plenty of blue sky to get some shots.
