Thanks for the dedication Andrew – wonderful!

In my opinion, the best photo there is the the British Airways 767-300, I’m a huge fan of the aircraft and think the standard BA scheme is the best on this aircraft!

Good to hear you had a good day Andrew. On my trip to Italy in February, I came across some Meridiana 146s at the airport in Florence as quickly passed, on our way to Bologna.

Not only will it lead to cheaper fares, but there will also be a wider selection of flights available between the UK and Australia. No bad thing!

Couldn’t have put that any better myself, Andrew. Many say this is a publicity stunt, not a bad thing to seek publicity, but it seems the poor chap is being criticised or put down for just about all his actions.

Yes, both Andrews have gotten the hang of it… just the fonts/typefaces e.g. Times New Roman, Arial, Tahoma, Verdana etc.

    Any more ideas?

I knew they had the A330 but wasn’t aware that they operated the -300 series, assumed it was just the -200?

It doesn’t matter what colour scheme you put on the aircraft, it still looks dreadful in my opinion – it’s just tooooooooooo long.

There are photographs on Airliners.net of Premiair from around Summer 2002, a variety of aircraft including A330-300s(!!), A300s, A320s and DC-10s, a nice fleet.

But as for whaht is happening with their colour scheme, who knows?

Air Scandic looks dreadful, you can use “Autoshapes” and “Wordart” in Microsoft Word to design their graphics and logo!

However, along with that, I think the worst would have to be MyTravel, it’s certainly not what it used to be?

With Airtours becoming MyTravel, what will come of Premiair (if they are still existent)? Will they be painted in a similar scheme to MyTravel, being part of the same group, or not?

Exactly, even if it were a publicity “stunt” which I don’t believe it is, the mission itself was carried out brilliantly.

Oh, that’s a shame, the aircraft look a little incomplete at the moment, wearing just the original blue scheme and the MyTravel logo.

Any idea of the approximate cost of painting an aircraft of such a size?

How’s it a publicity stunt? The country is in desperate need of aid; hospital equipment and food etc and this needs to get it’s way to Iraq somehow. I cannot see how Mr. Branson offering to fly the supplies is seeking publicity? How is this going to benefit him or his airline?

    I’m confused.
