RE: Don’t go.. the plants will die…

I don’t see the need for such dramatic exits personally. If somebody wants to go, then go. I cannot see any point to making a big thing out of it.

    Just voicing my opinion.

Here’s the second one on Airliners.net, I think it’s slightly better, more light to see on the ground etc..

    The Photographer says:

“Clear ‘before night” shoot on flying aircraft on IGS approach to Kai Tak – the shutter speed is only 1/15s! The background, the night scene of Hong Kong was blurred as light lines”

    RE: Ground Zero Extravaganza

[updated:LAST EDITED ON 28-01-03 AT 06:00 PM (GMT)]But surely most people wouldn’t want to step inside a 110 storey building again?

Plus, they are building it again, just not quite so big.

What amazed me when seeing ground zero was actually the size of it. There wasn’t as much empty space as I had expect to see. They are currently repairing the underground railway system which was affected badly with the nearby station(s) being closed since.

Very similar to the Sagrada Familia which I took a trek up to the top of last year, nearly passing out when I reached the top!

After travelling to New York in November, I heard they were just going to build another trade center consisting of just 50-something floors.

I have done my own bit of graphic design, prepare to be blown away. Matthew Murray step aside..!!

I figured they could attach a set of wheels to the jumbo engine, then it wouldn’t scrape along the ground which I have done here using a top graphics program, commonly referred to as MS Paint..!! 😀 😀 😀 Enjoy!

    RE: Mobile phones.

There is nothing more embarrassing than when my phone rings. The amount of looks I get because my phone just doesn’t sound real!

Wysiwyg – surely on your salary you can splash out on something a little more modern?! 😉

Not too keen on it either. It’s a nice tropical colour scheme but I don’t know if it’s a bit too much to take in and the “Mekong Airlines” writing just isn’t bold enough.

I got a rather nice little Samsung T100. What I hate most are the ringtones, those dreadful polyphonic ones which sound like a kids toy phone – sounds really cheap!

The facilities and colour screen are great though.
