AVIC didn’t beat anyone in introducing DSI, since no one has actually been interested in integrating the technology, to date. Sorry.

Both Russia and China have future missiles in development.
Russia already has longer ranged weapons entering service, I wouldn’t say they are quite better because they have different roles (RVV-BD, etc).
Anyways, wake me when the JF-17 is actually serially flying with WS-13, AESA, and whatever other magic that has been touted in this thread.
