    Brilliant stuff, particularly the Spitfire:D

This 360 photography is stunning, I wonder how much the camera costs?

JDK, I put a link up earlier with a Vulcan, Comet and Concorde with the same technology at another museum.

If you are interested in debating this, getting all heated and attacking me is probably not going to get you anywhere as I am just relaying information I have read and take no position on the topic. Also, try to be less emotional 😉

Haven’t attacked you anywhere in these posts, haven’t been heated towards you personnally, if you’re not taking part in this debate and have no position, why poke people with a stick? Trying to elicit a response with a snide remark won’t work either.

Still agree with Trident and now Arthur.

Changing 40 engines? Will they not just rebuild the recovered exchanged engines and send them out as new?

    A few years back

Woman after rescue by 771 Sea King wrote to ask where to send the bill for her ripped dress.

771 wrote back to ask where to send the £10k+ bill for the rescue.

    Funnily enough……………….no reply:D

This is another reason I will never fly Ryainair, their First Officers hold no credibility with me whatsoever, absolutely none.

I was under the impression that the military pay the council on buildings in use or not. They pay rates like anybody else. If a building is used it costs more, empty they pay less, if a building is demolished they pay nowt.
If they cannot see a reason to keep a building running they will close it. They don’t have the money to repair or maintain them, they fall into dis-repair, condemned then demolished. This is a problem that will grow throughout military bases across the UK as purse strings tighten even more.
