Deano, is the crosswind component dialed into the computer and the spoiler/aileron on that wing raised automatically to compensate?

    I’m back already!

Just got back from Lincolnshire Wold railway 1940s event (400 miles away!)
Set up on Friday, arrived home 7.30 this evening.

Didn’t think there would be any Sun readers on this forum:rolleyes:

Dont forget modifications so you can transport it £2K , transport, £10K and if you want an engine a spinning prop, and cockpit fittings add another 50K

    Gaffer tape £4.99 ( on Graham’s Spitfire £700 );)

I’m cream crackered and off to bed, thanks again

    Welcome to the forum Peter.:)

Dragging my Spit around the country till 4am yesterday and then having to set it up at RAF St Mawgan at 10am and other stuff (including sleep!) meant I could only punch up a small post to show the results. I made the C.O. at St Mawgan read Nathans “The Few” whilst setting up and he now has it (peeled off the board!) and will read it out tonight at the function my Spitfire is attending there. The saga continues:)

I have had a nice response from Nathan (which I haven’t replied yet!)

The pictures I posted does not convey how busy it became!!

    thanks guys

Not long got back from taking my Spitfire to the Guildhall in London.

    What a (busy)day!

If you look under the nose you will see Nathans ‘musings’ on a ‘A’ board.

It created considerable interest from some of Britains most powerful people, all positive.

    Well done Nathan.

I also saw several WWII veterans taking time out to read it, again with positive results.

Thankyou Mr Boyle, always wondered how it worked.

I guess then there is a central data base the police can access regardless of which state the vehicle enters?

It’s a kerb feeler: especially useful when there’s so much car between you and the kerb.

    Thanks for that.

Another question, watching one of many cop chase programmes, a cop went after a car (in USA) as the plate had expired. Looking at the plate on the Mercury, how would you know whether it was in or out of date?

    Is it colour?
