    I know my onions when it comes to Jersey, so I can afford to be smart. Ive been hundreds of times. I regularly go on BD145 so I know that! IOM and GCI are shorter though and cant take the 145!

    You might know all about Jet2 LBA but not about my ickle JER

    No they arent! Better staff/industrial relations are needed not charging for meals. I hate EI and LX for doing that!!

    WRONG LBA haha, gotcha! BA use both ther 737-4 ex LGW and the 146/Avro ex MAN. So there, ive flown them I should know Mr!

    Well Ryanair claim the 737-800 cant get into JER with a full load! The 737-3 can!

    Also BA dont have any 737-7s or even 737-8s

    That is my point exactly. At present the 146 and 737-300 which are frequently seen at jersey carry 110+ pax. There is no alternative aircraft with similar capacity for the airlines to use to these destinations.

    I think they may loose a lot of jet services as a result and BA are just dying for an excuse to pull out of IOM and JER just like they did at GCI. They seem to hate being a ‘British’ airline and serving Britains Islands!

    Listen Mr 10,000 posts. Tour operators utilise the services of charter carriers. In these days of vertical integration they are one and the same company anyway. It is relevant!
