Is everyone within a 20 mile radius of Manchester going to Dubai every day! There will soon be as many flights a day from the UK to Dubai and Bahrain than to Palma and Amsterdam!

I remember with great affection the Iberia snake buses that were once common place at the Spanish charter airports. You would be piled in and get so close to people you could see their tan peeling away and smell their deodarant letting them down! Oh the memories!!
The charter airlines have indeed cut out the music, along with the meals, the bucks fizz, the hot towels and everything else!
Most of Easyjets clientele are more Alicante than Valencia!
Valencia will be a difficult market for Easyjet to crack, a lot of people flying to Valencia will demand a better service than those going to Alicante.
Easyjet ought to stick to ALC and pile it high and sell it cheap!
Yes, airport toilets. Upon my recent visit to LGW North terminal I had a half mile walk to spend a penny. Well, actually I wanted to spend more than a penny and the Gents toilets had two loos. Ridiculous considering the volume of passengers! The queue was bigger than at check-in.
More toilets please LGW, We all have to go!
And what about my comments regarding the flexibility that the 757 gives tour operators to arrange charter flights from regional airports that cannot support A330 or 763. The 757 unlike the 321 is an ER aircraft that can operate long-haul from regional airports and profitably!!!
Pity there isnt many proper airlines to photograph at Stansted. Bring back the Air UK Fokker F27s and Bae 146s and the Shorts 360s, also UKLeisures 737-400s. I hate Ryanair!!
I dont dislike Airbus, I like the A330 and love the A300 and the A310. However, for an inclusive tour airline an all A321 fleet would mean abandoning a lot of regional UK departure points or operating with 60 seats haha!
Also aiprots like Samos and Mykonos would be unable to be operated profitably. Also the 757 has ER capability, invaluable to a charter airline as it can fly to Sanford, albeit with a stop, making long-haul flights from regional airports a reality!!!!
I preferd KM when they had 720s and 732s.

Very true. I still eat kiddies sweets and Drumstick lollies all the time, love going to fairs and to the seaside, love having water fights and acting daft with my ickle nephews, teasing my nanna and winding up my ma and pa and best of all flying all my plastic models that I collected on planes my DanAir A300 and Orion 732, I use our bannister at the top of the stairs as a runway!
Correct, the 757 is more suited to charter flight operating from small regional airports like LBA and into hot/high/short runways which serve some Med holiday destinations, the smeller Greek Isles and GIB being perfect examples of where the 757 outperforms the 321
The 321 is OK for routes from MAN to TFS or LGW to PMI but it would struggle on a hot day with a full load out of LBA. The 321 is a runway munching, underpowered overstretched ugly thing!!
