corporate manslaughter has implications that affect almost anyone involved in management.
Because we now basically exist in a culture where everything must be blamed on someone, accidents in the literal sense have ceased to happen, we now have incidents where procedure has broken down.
Now this wouldn’t be such a bad thing if we lived in a perfect World but put yourself in the position where many people now find themselves in the working World where they’re underfunded and doing two peoples work.
Something as simple as missing piece of paper could land that person in court.

This culture is going to get worse in the future–much worse.
Legislation will increase, not decrease in the workplace.

I recently joined an organisation dedicated to imposing new rules on working electricians.
Quite an eye-opener really.

Well our own Prime Minister is responsible for the death of thousands. I think that makes him substantially more vile.

Each of those people denied a life of their own; denied the chance to have children of their own; those children denied lives, and the chance to have children of their own… on and on.

Murder is far, far, more vile a crime than any other.

I agree that murder is pretty horific but so too in it’s own insidious way is taking the innocence of a child.
And of course it’s often self perpetuating–the molested becoming the molester later in life.

People like King really do I suspect believe there’s nothing wrong in what they do.

Mind you, politicians don’t think they’re doing anything wrong either.

I agree with Andy’s statement (welcome back Andy btw) and I’d like to add, if that is the case, count your blessings.

Having lost two mates to suicide last year, and suffering from depression as a result myself, it ain’t easy to understand the mind of a depressed person, from the inside or the outside. The last thing most depressed people want is to see a professional and admit defeat.
