Red Arrows fly back to Scampton base

The Red Arrows have returned to their base a week after they were grounded.

    On a similar subject.

This is where store loyalty cards come in handy. A few years ago we had a letter from Sainsburys.
They had sold a whole load of counterfeit toothpaste,
and knew who had bought a lot of it, as it showed up via their loyalty cards and receipts.
We took back what we had and they replaced it.

There is always the danger of getting rather depressed if going forwards.

Perhaps they would also throw in a couple of Mosquitos, and any surviving Hurricanes they didn’t want 🙂

Rather than just buildings to store them in, see if they have a spare airfield they no longer need.

I’ve not seen much mentioned about Ballykelly. My dad spent some time
there during the war as an RAF mechanic, or whatever they called them then.

I can’t think of any particular time to go back to, but just think if you could go back to any of the above suggestions, and take a modern camera with you.

Or maybe just after the war, and suggest it might not be a good idea to break up all of those aircraft.
