Almost new Jabiru efoto, back flying within a couple of months. (Aldinga, South Australia)
The down-draft much have made the chopper flight a bit troublesome.
I wonder if the guy on the extreme left, hit the deck or hit his head.
Anime, cartoon, call it what you like but it was/is a bloody good film and I learnt (‘learned’ to the yanks) a lot about the role Germany played in the rise of Japan.
Damn good show, as the Brits would say.
Is that Photoshopped? The aircraft looks remarkably sharp when everything else is blurred.
Panning the camera tends to have that effect.
In my dim and distant past, I was an air radar tech in the RAF. Now my knowledge of modern radars is zilch but I’m guessing that there would be too much background clutter for the radar to find, let alone, lock on to a moving target. It also depends on what type of seeking head the missile has.
I’m going to be ‘picky’ here. If you’re going with nose art, don’t spoil the project with that. Get a real artist to do it for you.
Pity it doesn’t exist. Would be a nice place to visit. Excellent tourist potential.
Beautiful until the Vulcan’s vortex hit the Pitts. Then it get real ugly for someone. Nice painting all the same.

You’re not going to go much lower than that without scratching your bum on climb-out.
We can still get aviation quality, release noted Cadmium plating done here in NZ. Postage may be an issue, as, if you go any further, you will be on the way back
:applause: Love it. Well put.
Pity my father isn’t still alive. He built them and, strangely enough, we lived in Hampden Road, Harrow Weald
Hi All,
Lightning. :love-struck:
Geoff.
AH! my old Sqdn. 19 that is(nearest) I’ve sat in that plane and been down it’s intake to kick the radar bullet out. They often got stuck. ****** of a job, but happy memories all the same.
A shop free world, hmm, can you imagine a world free of neon signs….YEH!! a world therefore with an over supply of electricity….YEH!! a world of lower electricity bills…YEH!!
Pity I won’t be around to see it.
So it needs to be under cover in South Australia, but was stored outdoors in Queensland. Hmmm……..Queensland sounds like a nice place…….but South Australia………I dont know….
Not all S.Aus. is arid. It’s a beautiful state with good weather most of the year. Queensland, on the other hand, is pretty. Pretty hot, pretty humid and a target for cyclones. Give me S.A. anytime.
