Your link shows the Porsche-powered MBB 223M-4 version with three-bladed propeller. Regular Flamingos have two blades.
Thank you for the clarification Flex. Wow, Spanish planes in Syria. Never heard anything about this.
Regards from Spain.
Strato, that is CASA MB-233 Flamingo
CASA? No idea about it (and iยดm spanish ๐ )
I think perhaps german MBB, but is true that CASA builts MBB Bo-105 for Iraq for exemple.
Perhaps this plane? Note three blades. The syrian exemple has only two.

More on Syria…:)
What model is the plane?
Regards from Spain.
๐ฎ Incredible videos:eek: Anyone knows how download?, Iยดm very interesed.
Regards from Spain.
Nice find, Strato! I think that would be most logical. Wonder what is the standard of this machine, I doubt that it is a full-spec A-50 Mainstay.
Thanks. BTW I find also the Adnan-1 too ๐
Capted on Teheran-Mehrabad 25-04-2007. Seems no too bad.
Photo too “heavy” i send the link.

Recent shot of the “Adnan-2”, ex-iraqi AWACS, defected to Iran on 1991 (first Gulf War). The photo source says that the plane has refurbished with new engines. ยฟOn duty with the iranians?. Location perhaps Teheran-Mehrabad.
Regards from Spain.
I doubt those pictures are taken in Ukraine. The background looks eerily similar to the pics we’ve seen before, and not like any of the possible bases in Ukraine where they might be taken to. Neither do the helos (there’s a Ka-25 as well) look anything like being in maintenance or on a visitor apron or whatever, instead they are just happily dispersed on dispersals where they seem very much at ease.
EDIT: Here’s a pic of them taken at Latakia, where they are based. The background looks eerily similar.
Probably yoยดre right Arthur. I think also that the pics are taken at Latakia from an airliner window perhaps, but the page is ucranian and the info about the pics says Ucrania perhaps for safety reasons ๐

Ladies and Gentlemen… Syrian Mi-14 Haze again… this time in Ukraine…:)
Nice find Stratosaurus. Note however that this is a Mi-17 based variant, probably the Mi-17PP or -PPA.
Thanks for the correction ๐

Now, Syrian Mi-8PP electronic warfare variant. Note the “box” on the left. Unfortunatelly the image not show the whole helicopter.

๐ฎ Great photos TEEJ ๐ฎ thank you;)
It’s about time to put an end to all these fruitless discussions as it’s actually turned out to be an UZAF example, not Obiang’s Frogfoot.
