Sorry mates, the Su-25 was photographed in Kubinka. Not Malabo. Identity still unconfirmed.
I enclose another russian Su-25 photo in Kubinka. Note blue lights in both photos.

Unidentified Su-25. What country/Air Force?
Regards from Spain.
In the white band of the flag it seems some type of green characters… like the iraki flag… but the iraqi Fishbeds camo was not grey… Still a mistery…:confused:
Refuelling a Mig-21bis but… egyptian, iraqi or syrian?
Not quite new, at least one year old. It’s also applied to single-seaters too, as is visible on stratosaurus’ picture (the closest plane is a MiG-29A).
I knew your photo, George_nkl, but no brown colour in the upper surfaces. On my photo the tails for exemple are all brown not blue… I think a new camo was applied to “unify” the Fulcrums colours whit the Floggers and Fisbheds.
But is only my opininon (and not 100% shure π )
Regards from Spain.
New camo on Cuban Mig-29UB, and rare formation flight photo.
A couple of rare ones I just found.
Myanmar plane is a chinese Y-8 not russian An-12. Note long nose.:)
Cheers.
Somewhere in Angola…:)
Here is what I expect them to do:
o 25 Mirage F-1AD/BD/ED-all aircraft are grounded, 22-24 to be refubished and return to service – only if they go the Moroccan road of updating them with RD-400.
o 25 MiG-21bis Fishbed – scrap them
o 125 MiG-23BN/MS/ML/UM Flogger – keep the BN/UB for some years, scrap the rest.
o 40 Su-22M3/UM-3K Fitter – sell to Angola
o 12 Su-24MK Fencer -all grounded – scrap them but bloody hell, make photos first !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
order MiG-29SMT/Su-30MKL combo. Or even better, Rafale/Su-30MKL. 40+40 would be sufficient.
* Trainers
o 110 Aero L-39ZO Albatross – keep 55-60, the rest use for parts
o 20 SF-260WL – refurbish and keep those as primary trainers
o 80 G-2 Galeb and J-21 Jastreb – scrap them or sell to Sudanorder LIFT class trainer – M-346 or Yak-130
* Transport aircraft
o 10 An-26 Curl – beat them to death, then scrap them o 3 Falcon 20 – keep
o 1 Falcon 50 – keep for ELINT role
o 3 Gulfstream II – keep
o 15 Il-76 Candid – keep
o 15 L-410 – keep as light transports and commuters
o 2 JetStar – scrap
o 10 C-130H – beat them to death and then scrap themOrder a fleet of 25 C-295s.
* Refuellers
o 4 Il-78 MidasE – keep those* Attack helicopters
o 4 Bell 206 – use for scout role
o 12 Mi-14 Haze – beat to death and scrap them
o 43 Mi-24 Hind – 13 of them modernised in South Africa – good! modernize the rest (AFAIK, some were refurbished in Ukraine lately)NH90 NFH version would be cool to replace the Hazes. Or a Helix.
* Transport helicopters
o 2 Bell 212 – use for SAR
o 8 CH-47 Chinook – another 12 sold to U.A.E – sell the rest and order Mi-26s
o 25 Mi-8 including Mi-17 – keep for parts
o ? Mi-17A combined fleet of 60 Mi-17MDs and 20 Mi-34 Hermits or AS350 Ecureuils would do.
Hummm, The Mig-21 and the Mig-23ML seen at LAVEX seems in not bad state, at all… and where are the An-124 in your list? π

Trio of Cuban Mig-21BIS capted on Revolution day parade of 2002, and two shots of new camo on peruvian Su-25UB.
All found on http://www.perudefensa.com (forums) Good photos on this page.

Nice, and at the right…:)
Regards from Spain.
Very nice pics. Thank you for the link π

I really really don’t know. Yellow primer is indication of a new plane. There are even shots of the plane from the inside where you can see where even the ribs of the airframe are brand new primered yellow.
These pictures raise a lot of questions. I really don’t know how to begin or explain.
And its definitely not in Russia. Check the last picture over there, and you can see part of the Chinese character “xin” for new.
Tashkent, I think…
