Well, and now the “mistery of the day”. I enclose a possible, remember possible Iraqi Su-24 Fencer in pre-delivery test flight over Soviet Union. Still from a Fencer unit video. Russian origin. Note little flag on the tail.

The two sides of “4014”. The white badge (¿Saddam´s face?) on the right side, is a squadron badge, or a plane condecoration?

it looks like f14 on the photo posted in Irn.com?!!

it says it is very similer to f18 but with much better abilities.

and also it says it is made only by iranian enginiers without any outsider help.

it has 2 RD-33 motors.

it has a N019-ME radar which is very affective against ground targets.

it has a range of 600-1000km.

…And the name of this “secret fighter” is Mig-29 😀

Very thank you for the info mates. Searching the original pictures on Airlines, i noted that the person that photosopped the pics is a “first class member”, because the pictures are in great format and dont have the watermark. Curious.

In the last AFM magazine i have see a nice photo of Yemen fulcrum alongside a french plane. Anyone have more photos or info about this exercice?

Yeah, but… is possible this landing? (chute and air brakes deployed on air). Perhaps the photo is also “photoshopped” . I think the plane was in fact on the ground and added to other photo on air. But… just an opinion.

These aren’t Egyptian. Egypt uses L-59E which feature a single-piece canopy. The L-39s come from Yemen.

Very thank you Flex297, this explain the Y.A.F letters on the tail. (I suspected also non egyptian Albatros).

He guys here´s a little help in your quest: all known Syrian airbases. If you have any additions just let me know.
BTW Stratosaurus sat. pics are from Jirah.

Sorry for my mistake. Yo´re right soundbarrier, my photos are from Jirah. It seems a training base, a lot of Aero L-39 Albatros and L-29 Delfin here. I have also “captions” from Tiyas. The photos are bad quality and seems old. Despite of this Syrian Mig-25 are always interesting.

I continue my search. Fencers? Fulcrums? 😉
