Et contra to “missile range” – ability of missile to fly X km on fuel missile has, it has another problem – radar should support missile targeting. There is a lot of cases that real operating distance is almost twice less than missile range.

Chinees already bought from Ukraine T-10K (early experimental Su-33) and they will buy two Su-33 for testing already till end of this year (about $100 mln). But after problems with 38 Il-76MD andf Il-78MK chinees more carefull. Next option is 12 planes till 2010 (deadline for first carrier). Then they will decide could they to produce J-11 (almost Su-27SK) or they will buy another 36 Su-33. Rafale is still an option, but if no progress with sanctions will be maid till end of this year…

This is in addition the the 9 systems allready sold correct ?? Or have they bought more ?

First transfer was 4 divisions. I am not sure about exact number of complexes. In Russia division is 4-12 vehicles. Might be 4*2 +1 for training.

Russia will sell to China 8 divisions (battalions) of S-300PMU2 Favorit (SA-10 Grumble). After completion of this contract (actually the option of previous one) they will sell same amount of Favorits to Algeria.

It was AH-64D and yes only 18 of those was ordered (in addition to 40 AH-64A). Second in pair, in stand by while first one was attacking. Fully burned – thats why there is opinion it was hit by MLRS rocket.

That exactly the point. You claim things you dont know for sure. And not only “cheap” prices of Czechoslovakian planes. You claim Israel dont deserve this military help, but Egypt get same amount of help and you have no problems with this. You claim things about Jewish religion and Israel without having any clue about situation before 1948 or any war Israel participated, but you see Israels fault everywhere. Its only in your head, my friend. Alsough wikipedia not the best source of information, please use at least this source before you claiming such global things. Thanks in advance.

There are many things in need in Russia, some are even military (maybe some “special” forces that don’t kill hundreds of people in each action).

The instructor who trains his pilots Cobra is then the dumpest idiot and needs to be replaced.

I thought most ignorant persons are at MP.net, but here we have a champion.
1. With your logic US need whole new army to decrease amount of dead iraqis.
2. If US cant do this – its bad. Realy smart.
