Yes, or not…. you are quite right. Priority 1 is not to lift the kids but to do everything to make the situation right. Last thing is to lift a kiddie. Unless there is imminent danger of course. Mrs has been called out in the night to sign papers and get a kid out of a house and into hiding.
When the system fails (As the two cases tou mention), it fails big time and the consequences are dire.
Like flying really, there are crap pilots and mechanics and there are good ones. A simple mistake kills hundreds.

Ross is worth it.

I think the defendant and the victim should BOTH be anonymous.Since by the very nature of the crime there are only two people present it is usually one person’s word against the other.It’s not unknown for a woman to falsely accuse a man of raping her.Even if he’s acquitted,mud sticks. I’ve always thought it unfair that he’s named and she’s not.

Well, I’ve only had a couple of threesomes so I can’t really comment on the very nature.
And unfortunately, in some child cases, there is more than one accused……..and in some rare cases the accused is a male and a female!!!
I personally cannot believe that a woman can harm kids. It’s hard enough getting to grips with males that harm them, but the mothers of the earth doing such….sick.

But yes, both sides should be anonymous in personal cases, but can that happen? The accused is named in every case in law is it not? (Unless they are <16 of course).
And yes, some women lie about being raped, and some kids do to, some kids are 8 going on 28. Streetwise, can cook and clean a house and know far too much about the world. They know how much shi* a person would be in if they accused them of rape etc. Thankfully, those types are in a vast minority. They get so streetwise because mum/dad or both are drunk/drugged up every night and the kid ends up having to make their own tea etc. Youngest I’ve heard about is 5 year old boy that was able to make chips in the deep chip pan! He even peeled the spuds and cut them into chip shapes. 5 years old FFS! Mum had long ran off with her dealer, dad was a smackhead.

Both Lawyers have to be specially trained to question children, it’s SO easy to lead them.
Both sides have a specialist Social Worker, to ensure that the other is not leading.

And, just to sicken you…….
Only 1 in 80 child sex offenders are put away. Lack of good evidence (In the opinion of the Courts) takes care of the rest. Some of the 79 are innocent of course. The 1 in 80 are absolutely guilty though, the safeguards to ensure getting a good conviction vs a bad one are immense.
Court transcripts, of child rapes, are sold in the pervy jails for as much as £400. They are leaked out by Police/Judges/Clerks (Nobody else could get hold of them). Some prisoners pay by feckin Paypal via a “Friend” on the outside!
So, I hear too many tales (FAR to disturbing to even type) from Mrs Old Shape (She NEVER mentions names of course), hence my distinguished opinion is that convicted Child rapists should be killed, for the benefit of mankind.
I look at my 10 week old daughter, and think “How can ANYBODY harm such a thing”. But people do, for kicks of the worst kind. No room for those kicks in a race trying to improve.
