    Oh dear.
“Very unlikely”, when spoken from the corrupt corridors of UK politics means that there is a chance he can be let out.

I don’t give a hoot if “He’s no longer dangerous”, what the hell does that matter. He got 20 lifes, so he should rot in there. (Well no actually he should have been given the death sentance)

No problem, if he’s let out he will be killed by relatives of his victims; and rightly so.

    That’s a translation error

    Thongs (Aus) = Flip-flops (UK)

    Moggy

    Gedouddahere!
    Really?

I thought it was just the Merkins that made such errors. I thought the Auzies were following a superior role model!

So, in Oz, what do you call the small undergarments?…the type with a tiny triangle at the front and a piece of anal floss round the back.

I think it’s a toilet door. Or a large galley cupboard door.

    See this….
    http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/showbiz/a146760/quadrophenia-to-make-stage-debut.html
My fingers are crossed that this happens:D

    Wow, cheers for the link!

I hope the music will be the CD and not some upstart band trying to copy it, because it would then fail.

Aye, I’ve made a few mock ups before.

They are simply Air Show Stand demonstrators. The mock-ups that are used by “Engineers” are usually only sections of the platform that they are interested in. And in this day of CAD CAM and the rapid prototyping process (Printed or Gel), engineers can get a 3D version of their design for a few hundred quid. Desktop size of course….but a 3D version of a design is worth its weight in Gold. Only so much you can see on a 2D telly.

Biggest….how about the Saunders Roe Princess? Bigger than Spruce Goose IIRC. And it flew properly.

Musicals arn’t something I’d really go out of my way to see to be honest. My musical tastes and interests are more specifically musical rather than theatrical, so I’d generally prefer to see a really class band playing live in a gig setting rather than see a musical ‘show’. As much as I can appreciate musicals both musically and theatrically, it wouldn’t be my first shoice for a type of show to see.

    Paul

Satisfy both of the subjects……How about The Who doing Tommy? Now that would be a show worth seeing!

Tommy and Quadrophenia are the best Rock albums ever. Has to be British rock, US rock is commercial garbage.

Although clearly they would all be allowed to play for England , after all there have been far more controversial appointments ……

    Zola Budd?
    The Queen?

Where do you deduce fixed undercart from?
“If” the mock up has fixed undercart, that’s because it’s a mock up, made of plywood and kleenex.

Prototype 1 “may” have a fixed undercarriage, maybe because they had problems with it and there’s enough stuff to fix without worrying about retraction.

There is no way the actual platform will have a fixed undercart. If it has, then BAe are bladdy fools. Fixed U/c is Ok on that little 4 foot Watchkeeper, it only goes round the corner to have a peep. Mantis will have to go some distance and some height, that’s no good with it’s legs dangling in the breeze.
