Now, if they could play music, they’d be even nicer ! :dev2:

    (I’ll go hide someplace now)

This is a problem. I don’t like metal. From the line up I would only choose Alice Cooper, Placebo and Papa Roach. Rammstein are just visual artists/performers, their music is actually just pulped poo. However, if I’m to sit through 3 days of it I will make sure I find the positive aspects.

    Sherlock Holmes

Guy Ritchie can (almost) do no wrong!

This film is fantastic. I agree with S. Rowel that Rathbone is King, but put that aside and it is very easy to grow into the two characters. Good story, good SFX, good acting, good British humour. Thoroughly enjoyed the new Sherlock….and it has set up a potential series, hope they are as good as this.

    Transformers

    Giant robot ass-kickery. Brilliant.

Transformers – Revenge of the Fallen

More of the above, only perhaps not as good the second time around. A bit overlong and convoluted, with some unnecessary jokes thrown in. Still, good fun in my opinion.

My 7 yr old loves Transformers. I had/have to suffer (Ahem) watching Megan Fox hundreds of times. I would, until the Cows come home……and they’d be locked out.
The films are actually pretty good.

Burp-less sheep to be bred in Australia

Well, we all know why that is.
Can you imagine how disgusting it would be if your making love and she burped.:D

Any charity, I don’t care who they are…if there is any sort of minimum payment recommended, they can go to hell. It is the absolute insult to suggest such IMO, vulgar to the extreme. My prefered charity wasn’t on that big list, I presume they will be involved in Haiti one way or another but they are more into health education and development than Rapid response.

An odd experience tonight, I was watching a charity worker being interviewed in Haiti. Was on BBC News Ch. about 19:10. In the background, hundreds of people were milling past, all spotlessly clean, some carrying books and papers….as if nothing had happened. One was even on a mobile phone whilst walking at the same time as the charity worker was saying how the comms networks are down. Trucks and cars were driving past as she was complaining that fuel was scarce.
I am in no way doubting any of the suffering there, but the whole thing was very very surreal.

No, it’s the rules under which the Corporation operates.

    Moggy

    Rules are bent for cash.

As said, next time I see one I’ll post. But the BBC has got to win me over from NatG or History or Dave.
