Yes, I agree Pagen, it is a bit different, I love the Belvedere footage too, It sounds great!

Also spotted the cans of Double Diamond beer in the old fashioned cans! This bit of footage puts me in the mind a a video I have when Ludovic Kennedy went with the Navy in the 1960s (HMS Eagle?) It is a black and white vid, but like you said THIS footage was different, down to earth, (not too chocolate boxy if you get my drift?) liked it a lot.

Yes, it is the CDT, it was removed from it’s original frame 17 years ago.
The existing support block formers are still used.

Someone with extreme foresight for it’s potential stepped in after Ebay and saved this truly historic item.

The earliest Vulcan cockpit known, built before the prototype flew.this is a project with great potential, good luck to the new owner!

It would be a fabulous scenario, if Bruntingthorpe could get their hands on an F4 Phantom and get it up and running? Please, someone out there, Do it?

Do it, and make your taxiable dream come true?

The best part of that plane is the Flight Deck!

The rest of it looks like a retirement home! I would have to give it a military style makeover!

Still can’t believe the crass behaviour of our future generation BUT……

The expensively fitted security shutters/grilles were so easily breached by these loot hungry nutcases? WHY?
