    Still can’t believe the crass behaviour of our future generation BUT……

    The expensively fitted security shutters/grilles were so easily breached by these loot hungry nutcases? WHY?

    Jay, I believe water cannons are banned in mainland UK. Unfortunately they do not carry enough water to be effective for long. Being hit by a blast from one of those things would clarify the mind a bit I would think.:)

    Ok, what about swapping the water for pig slurry then?

    I am afraid we have “Spared the rod and spoiled the child” so to speak?

    Well thanks again for findng these informative clips. After trailing through the 1960’s/Vietnam era clips, I found the underwater ejection ones very informative.

    As a fellow Flight Gear/Survival Equipment devotee, why, in your opinion, was the underarm method of life preserver favoured by the USAF/US Navy?

    Nice to see that your Cockpitfest went well.

    Those video clips are very good – especially the U2 Pilot getting suited up, great archive footage thanks for posting.
