Right – just had to chip in on this one! I put it down to a total lack of respect that is sweeping through society in general. An “Im alright Jack” attitude.

Some of the medics/Doctors/Nurses whatever, (But not all of them I make this point quite clear – NOT ALL) do not seem to have any compassion for the dignity of the elderly during Hospital admission. Again, lack of respect.

Society seems to have lost respect for any form of Authority, starting with family life, no respect and discipline.

What younger folk don’t realise is that one day (and that one day is not too far away) they too will be elderly……………….

I dont know personally if other CDT’s were at Scampton and Finningley, but hopefully someone will be able to recall something, yours certainly sounds like the last surviving one from what I can judge after looking at an old Vulcan Cockpits listing.

Can’t understand why more women dont get interested in all things plane related? It is a 150% fascinating subject.

I suppose it is the H & S brigade that have put the mockers on things for the public. Bring back the 1960’s !
